Purchase Process

Biomass Gasifier / MSW Gasifier
1. Initial Consultation for a general quotation
2. Site Analysis: Conduct an extensive site analysis that includes both online research and on-site investigations. Key factors such as the country's specific regulations, altitude, temperature ranges, and other relevant environmental conditions will be assessed.
3. Customize Solution: Include 3D Models, plant design, and feedstock experimentation if needed.
4. Contract Finalization: Involve the presentation of our tailored solution in the form of a detailed proposal, followed by a phase of negotiation.This contract solidifies the terms, conditions, and expectations agreed upon.
5. Manufacture Upon Advance Deposit: Upon receiving an advance deposit, we initiate the manufacture of the equipment.
7. Installation and Staff Training: Following on-site installation, we provide detailed training sessions and basic maintenance skills for the staff who will operate the equipment.
8. Delivery and Final Payment: Complete the remaining payment followed by the delivery of equipment.
Payment

Our payment structure is tailored to ensure a smooth transaction and project progress. We accept payments through TT (Telegraphic Transfer) only, with the following breakdown:

1. Advance Deposit: 50% of the total cost is required as an advance deposit before the commencement of production. This initial payment secures the order and initiates the manufacturing process.

2. Post-Production and Inspection: After the completion of production, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all specifications are met. At this stage, an additional 45% payment of the total cost is required. And we always welcome our customers to visit our company for a quality check.

3. Final Payment: The remaining 5% is due one month after the installation and successful commissioning of the equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning correctly and meeting the client's expectation.
