FUNCTION
The DZL Series of signal and double-stage high-efficient vacuum oil purifier is engineered with a primary goal — to maintain the utmost purity and enhance the insulation properties of insulating oils. Its core function involves the removal of free and dissolved water, gases, and mechanical impurities. This makes it an ideal choice for oil treatment in applications like 500KV super-voltage transforming equipment and 220KV transformers. Moreover, the DZL Series excels in the purification of capacitor oil, transformer oil, and freezer oil.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

Efficient Vacuum Separation: This series incorporates Fengyu's horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area. This innovation ensures the reliable removal of gases from the oil, achieved through the coalescing oil spray separator.

High-Quality Filtration: It adopts American fine filter elements with an impressive fineness of 5μm and a ß value exceeding 1000.

Low Noise and Durability: The oil transport system is designed for low noise and extended service life, contributing to efficient and noiseless operation.
